Teaching my sons the difference between a job and self employment

I just dropped off my kids at the movies for the first time. This was a milestone for me and them. I'm learning to let go while giving them a little independence. Anywho, I had a conversation with them on the way about them getting a job. Here is an overview of that conversation. Enjoy!
