What is Empower Network and how can it help me?

This is a question that I've been asking my self for several months. About 8 months ago,  I ran across a post from my online mentor Nicole Cooper. She had been posting several articles about building her online business and generating leads and one caught my eye. EMPOWER NETWORK. The name had a ring to it.
